Preo will manage the property identification and valuation, purchase and sale, rentals and maintenance. All that is required from the investment partner is attendance at monthly property status meetings and investment capital, we will provide the rest.

 

All Preo Homes investment properties cash flow or we don’t buy them. It is our goal to have an identified buyers prior to our purchase.
